Ramada Resort By Wyndham Khao Lak, Khao Lak

This hotel was a real gem! The location was superb, right beside the ocean and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and the local market. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel truly at home. The dining experience was a mix of impressive buffet dinners and average lunch options. The renovated Deluxe Oasis room I stayed in was calming and spacious, although housekeeping was a bit tardy. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were in top condition, spacious, modern, and very well maintained. However, there were some issues with the room change process and wet towels in the room. The service provided was exceptional, with the management and senior staff going above and beyond, although some staff members seemed more friendly than personable.
