This hotel was a real gem! The location was superb, right beside the ocean and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and the local market. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel truly at home. The dining experience was a mix of impressive buffet dinners and average lunch options. The renovated Deluxe Oasis room I stayed in was calming and spacious, although housekeeping was a bit tardy. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor hiccups.

However, there were some issues with the room change process and wet towels in the room. The service provided was exceptional, with the management and senior staff going above and beyond, although some staff members seemed more friendly than personable. The location was very good, right on the beach and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and shops. The dining experience offered a stunning selection, but some aspects were only okay.
Staying in the oceanfront suite with a view of the sun setting was a great experience. The spacious room with 2 double beds and a lovely terrace was a highlight, although the lunchtime food options were not very appealing. The friendly and accommodating service made our stay even more enjoyable, especially with the countless amenities offered. The location directly on the beach, although well-maintained, exceeded our expectations, whereas the dining experience with a fantastic selection was one of the best we've ever had.
